If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange to ensure your skincare routine remains perfect.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the unused or gently used items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
